Organization Branding
How to customize your organization's branding in Kogenta Connect.
Organization branding lets you customize the look and feel of Kogenta Connect for your team. You can upload custom logos and icons, set a brand name, and choose a color theme. Access it from Settings > Organization Branding.
Brand name
Set your organization's display name. This is used as the navigation title and as fallback text when no custom logo is uploaded.
Logos and icons
You can upload custom images for both the brand logo and brand icon, with separate versions for light and dark mode.
Brand logo
The logo appears in the left navigation when it is expanded. You can upload separate versions for light and dark modes, or use the same image for both.
- Supported formats: SVG, PNG, or WebP
- Maximum file size: 512 KB
- Scale: Adjustable from 50% to 200%
Brand icon
The icon appears in the left navigation when it is collapsed. Optionally, it can also be shown alongside the logo when the navigation is expanded.

- Scale: Adjustable from 50% to 200%
- Spacing: Adjustable distance between the icon and logo (4–16px)
- Show when expanded: Toggle whether the icon appears next to the logo in expanded navigation
Color themes
Kogenta Connect offers a selection of preset color themes for both light and dark modes. Choose a preset that matches your brand, or customize individual colors.
Available presets
Themes are available in a range of styles, from professional tones to high-contrast and vibrant options. Each preset configures colors for light mode, dark mode, or both.
Customizable color categories
If you want fine-grained control, you can customize colors in these categories:

Saving and resetting
- Save Branding - applies your changes to the organization
- Discard Draft - reverts unsaved changes
- Reset All to Defaults - restores the default Kogenta Connect branding
